Safe workplace pledge

Eco-citizenship pledge

At The Zovighian Partnership, we pledge to honor a safe workplace in our office premises, work environments, and professional engagements. “Safe workplace” is defined as a corporate environment and culture that intentionally enables the highest possible standards of physical and psychological well-being, including the protection, preservation, and elevation of physical, sexual and mental health, social equity, inclusivity, representation, worldviews and values, and professional and personal purpose.

Beyond just the narrow standards of health, safety, and environment (HSE) and a friendly corporate culture, we are committed to ensuring a safe workplace, such that all our team members are equally empowered to lead, co-create and deliver, engage, and thrive in their careers and as human beings. This is further upheld in all our employment practices from recruitment, our investment in training and developing our talent, to compensation and career enablement. We are fundamentally committed to the global fight to bridge the gender gap in financial and non-financial opportunities and reward. We have a very strict zero tolerance policy towards bullying, repression, exploitation of vulnerability, harassment, coercion, and / or violence, propagated in any political, economic, social, religious, identity-based, and / or mental form.

To achieve this holistic business-building culture, all our team members embrace the collective responsibility and associated personal accountability required to honor the premises of this pledge and report on any violations. We will accordingly respond to any behavior proven to be in conflict with our policy. This includes facilitating the safe ability, capacity, and access to report any breach or incident in line with all human and legal rights.

Our corporate policies are co-defined by our team members, all of whom are well-informed, trained, and enabled to nurture and uphold all aspects of our commitments to and for one another. Our corporate governance is deeply aligned with the mandates of the United Nations Global Goals / Sustainable Development Goals, as well as the United Nations Global Compact.
