This policy applies to any data collected directly and indirectly through our digital marketing platforms, such as our social media channels and our website, or intentionally targeted and collected through one of our research missions we have been commissioned to lead or we have taken on in-house. It also applies to any data processing through administrative, legal, regulatory, and other human capital or operational protocol-based mechanisms.

Our data privacy policy ensures that we treat any collected data with utmost confidentiality and anonymity, as is applicable. All data deemed confidential and not for further distribution is always clearly marked and falls under strict data governance and access rights that we meticulously uphold. We guarantee to respect the rights of every individual and / or research participant. The data we collect is often a key feed to a decision-making process and an intrinsic element for better serving our clients and communities. Participation in our research missions is always consensual with no unethical incentive, such as a financial gain, and includes the confirmation and signing of an easy-to-understand consent form. 

Representation, accuracy, data validity, and data integrity are fundamental driving principles we rigorously ensure and monitor. Our data is processed fairly and lawfully and is utilized for specified purposes only. We ensure that our collected data is adequate, relevant, and not excessive.

Data security is our top priority, and as such, we pay especially close attention to the terms and conditions associated with any cloud storage, servers, and hosting platforms we have licensed and / or are subscribed to. Collected data, whether in hard and / or soft copy, is secured at all times and stored only for a necessary time period before being safely destroyed to avoid any compromise of privacy or other harms such as increasing the vulnerability of a person, household, or community who has participated as a research respondent in one of our research missions.

Our publications always take heed to all our rigorous and multi-layered data governance policies. Collected raw data given on the basis of anonymity and confidentiality by our research participants are never published as individual cases, and rather are aggregated allowing no means for tracing. Respondents participating in public research efforts are always made fully aware in our communications protocols and consent forms that they will be direct quoted.

It is important to note that The Zovighian Partnership does not act as a business introducer for financial services institutions, advisory firms, consultancies, or other service providers. We do not engage in deals, investment opportunities, or any business opportunity outside our mandate to serve impact missions.

Our corporate policies are co-created by our team members, all of whom are well-informed, trained and capacity-built to foster and uphold all aspects of our commitments to and for one another. Our corporate governance is deeply aligned with the mandates of the United Nations Global Goals / Sustainable Development Goals, as well as the United Nations Global Compact.
